EMA was first established in 1969, acting as Technical Sales Agents for a number of lighting manufacturers to service Consultants, Architects and end users.  It then went on to expand to supplying Electrical Wholesalers and become distributors of lighting products.

In 1999, EMA were acquired by L H Evans Ltd, Independent Electrical Wholesalers based in Cardiff.  The company saw the opportunity of developing the EMA brand and set about creating the EMA Lighting Centre, which opened in October 2003, at their Head Office on Ocean Way.

The Lighting Centre offers many services, one of which is it's Lighting Showroom.  The Showroom has on display the latest in lighting designs from many top name manufacturers and offers products from table and floor lamps, to childrens lighting and chandeliers.  Also on display is a range of garden lighting and the latest LED technology.

The trained staff are able to offer advice on many aspects of lighting and are able to undertake many domestic designs to suit your requirements. 

The Centre also has a commercial design section with trained Lighting Engineers who are able to undertake larger projects such as office developments, car park lighting, retail shops and schools.  Please enquire for further details.
